What You'll Do:

• Lead the process of setting courier fee structures
• Analyze & Track courier cost & benefit models
• Design & improve loyalty process of couriers
• Design dashboards for all teams to monitor LMD
• Report and analyze KPIs for relevant stakeholders.

What Do We Require:

• Be open to learn and develop yourself every single day,
• Analyze first, strategize second and finally implement!
• Proven track record for analytical skills,
• A personality that rejects and questions established practices,
• Willing to get your hands dirty,
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
• Eagerness and qualification to overcome complex business problems,
• Enthusiasm for working in an ambiguous and dynamic startup environment,
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs
• Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering, Management), MBA is a plus
• BI Tool experience(preferably in Tableau)
