What You'll Be Doing?

• Analyze current operations to identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and support data-driven decision making
• Review and map business processes; develop and standardize problem-solving methodologies
• Design improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Design and run pilot implementations and experiments to validate solutions before scaling
• Execute initiatives, track progress, and resolve deviations or roadblocks
• Monitor results and ensure sustainability of improvements
• Own and improve key operational performance metrics, driving measurable business impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to drive improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to support performance tracking and decision making
• Obtain and analyze evidential data to be used as a basis for an informed and objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system.
• Identify errors, control deficiencies and process improvement opportunities. Develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare oral and written presentations to the team for all levels of management.

What You'll Bring?

• Desire for efficiency, operational excellence or related fields
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and other basic computer applications is required,
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking,
• Following new technologies and constantly improving itself,
• Be a constant learner who always strive to push new knowledge into the team,
• Experience in managing end-to-end improvement projects (analysis design execution monitoring)
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Not a can do mindset, but rather a will do mindset.
