What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development plans, talent development and offboarding
• Implement best practices in talent attraction under your area of responsibility
• Coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
• Support the management team in people related topics, gather employee insights, advise the proper course of action on people challenges.

What You'll Bring?

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a Business Partner role. (E-com & FMCG + Tech experience is a big plus!)
• Experience in a hyper-growth technology environment is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Great analytical skills accompanied with high attention to detail
• Superb organisation skills. Great at solving problems with strong communication skills, stakeholder management and teamwork.
• The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
• Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business. Youll be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Speed and efficiency in all tasks to support the team (speed is our currency at Getir)
