What You'll Be Doing?

• Thinking broadly about the business and understanding needs of the market and customers

• Having good knowledge on cost and profitability analysis

• Having experience in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting and related fields

• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and adapt to change to business needs
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.

What You'll Bring?

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration and Industrial Engineering).
• While we value a minimum of 4 year of experience in financial roles within multinational corporations or FMCG.
• Having knowledge of SAP FI, CO, BW analysis, Tableau
• Having strong IFRS background is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize data and develop actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• A great team-player with self-initiative mindset
