What You'll Be Doing?

• Drafting agreements including but not limited to NDAs, Procurement and Supply Contracts, Sales Agreements, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Merchandise Agreements, Financing Agreements, Advertising and Marketing Agreements (promotions/sweepstakes) for all vertical businesses of Getir in Turkey.
• Reviewing and negotiating agreements with vendors, merchandises and other third parties.
• Representing the legal department both externally with vendors and internally with other lines of the business.
• Supporting compliance, risk management and litigation initiatives as may be required.
• Working closely with relevant legal and business teams to ensure compliance to changes in legislation as well as implementation of new business models within the Company.
• Management of the company's electronic and physical contract database and maintaining an efficient management system.
• Effectively and timely managing the whole contract process from initial request through execution both manually and through contract management system.

What You'll Bring?

• Bachelor's Degree in law required.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience within technology or consumer goods would be desirable.
• Must have solid skills using MS office tools.
• Experience in-house is useful but not essential.
• Fluency in English required
• Strong understanding of legal issues and risks pertinent to the commercial contract process.
