Commercial Strategy Specialist, Revenue

Were looking for a Revenue Specialist to join our Revenue team to track, analyze, and explain the numbers related to prices and margins, driving short-term financial metrics while supporting long-term goals like market share and customer/category/brand strength.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, simulate, and execute pricing concepts and strategies, leveraging current and historical demand patterns, competition, and market dynamics.
• Support to set up an architecture that smoothly blends together the customer and the price! Combine market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to ensure pricing decisions align with profitability goals. Constantly monitor and protect product margins.
• Contribute to the Revenue Strategy Roadmap by owning categories, acting as a category strategy expert to set targets, develop strategies, and monitor progress.
• Monitor prices daily and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Category Managements, Marketing, Growth, and FP&A) to ensure alignment with the pricing strategy.
• Review customer promotional spend and brand/product pricing positions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support Revenue Management analysis and simulations by partnering with multi-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

• Be a collaborative team player who thrives on working cross-functionally with diverse teams
• Be good with the numbers, statistics, data-science (regression, clustering, forecasting) and using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) but even better at explaining them to any stake holders. What are stats for if we can't derive meaningful change out of them anyway, right?
