What You'll Be Doing?
- Be a learning partner and a consultant to business functions, working with Talent Management team and upper-management to identify and address the skill & competency gaps in the organization by building targeted learning and development solutions
Preparing and managing the annual learning and development budget
- Conducting annual learning needs analysis and managing ad-hoc needs and requests throughout the year
- Engage with external partners to identify learning solutions for critical functional priorities
Facilitate programs on a need basis
- Partner on designing and delivering custom solutions that support Manager Capability
- Continuously searching for cutting-edge learning models to keep learning solutions fresh and connected to business; guiding subject experts and participating in design processes together with trainers / vendors in order to ensure that learning solutions meet the needs
Leading onboarding calendar and process design for Turkey organisation
What You'll Bring?
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Experienced in Learning & Development & and partnering with Business
- Have stakeholder management experience & ability to collaborate and influence multiple levels of the organization
- Knowledgeable in performance management processes, including competency-based evaluation systems and KPI management,
- Proficient in providing feedback, coaching, and development planning,
- Able to design and implement effective performance development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- F4e and E-nocta system admin experience is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering results and action orientation
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Courageous, willing to challenge others, and able to influence them about the things that matter.
- Fluent in English
