As a Project Manager at Getir, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of multiple projects by defining scope, identifying and mitigating risks, aligning stakeholders, and providing clear, KPI-based progress reporting. You will ensure that all projects align with the companys roadmap and strategic goals.

What Youll Be Doing?

  • Manage projects end-to-end in line with defined standards and methodology.
  • Coordinate requirements and deliverables with technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and milestone plans.
  • Track and report project performance based on clear KPIs.
  • Prepare and update all project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets and report deviations if applicable.
  • Delegate tasks within the project team and follow up on progress.
  • Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

What Youll Bring?

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and architecture.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Agile principles and mindset.
  • Experience in contract management.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Solid organizational, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented and eager to learn.
