Motion Designer

• You must have graduated from Graphic Design, Cartoon and Animation, Visual Communication Design, or a similar bachelor's degree.
• We are looking for at least 5 years of experience. Agency experience and/or post-production experience would be great.
• If you have a good command of English, that gives you an edge.
• Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects should be your means of expression; you should be familiar with the dynamic world of video and animation.
• You need to be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• If you know 3D modeling and 3D animation with Cinema 4D or a similar program, that excites us and increases your chances.
• You should be experienced in kinetic typography, infographics, and character animation.
• You must be able to answer the question, What are the 12 basic principles of animation? with your eyes closed.
• Speed and dynamism should excite you.
• You must produce agile, unconventional solutions and implement them immediately.
• You should be able to manage a project process from start to finish, adding your personal touch to the work.
• You should be a master of every medium that comes to mind, including social media, TV commercials, TV lower thirds/spots, and stadium LED screens.
