What You'll Be Doing?

• Managing compensation and benefits projects and practices

• Carrying out salary review process

• Internal job mapping according Mercer Job Library and WTW Job Library

• Participating total remuneration and spot surveys

• Analyzing total remuneration survey outputs (Mercer and WTW)

• Managing external candidate offer process

• Managing internal candidate (job change) offer process

• Carrying out promotion salary increase

• Carrying out salary adjustment

• Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards

• Managing benefits (such as health insurance, meal card)

What You'll Bring?

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maths, Statistics and/or related fields
• Being detail-oriented, analytical-thinker, multi-tasked in a fast-paced environment

• Being transparent, collaborator and proactive as a Getirian

• Having high level of social competence and understanding business needs

• Good communication skills in English

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications, Google Technologies
