What You'll Do?

• Report directly to the Internal Audit, Fraud & Loss Prevention Director,
• Lead the design and execution of data-driven fraud and audit analytics strategies aligned with the Internal Audit function,
• Supervise and mentor a team,
• Review critical business processes and data flows to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks,
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business performance and reduce fraud exposure,
• Design, develop, and maintain audit analytics tools and dashboards, ensuring scalable and repeatable use cases,
• Develop and run audit routines using SQL and Python to proactively detect anomalies, fraud patterns, and compliance breaches,
• Build visualizations and automated reporting tools (preferably in Tableau) to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively,
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Data and Product teams to ensure proper data governance, integrity, and accessibility for audit analytics use cases.
• Deliver insights to internal audit and corporate security investigations with fast, reliable, and objective analytics support,
• Define and monitor key performance and risk indicators (KPIs & KRIs); ensure timely reporting and escalation of abnormal trends,
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in fraud detection, audit automation, and regulatory requirements.

What Youll Bring?

• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, audit analytics, fraud analytics, or risk analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering high-impact analytics projects with measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to translate audit hypotheses into executable scripts and models.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different levels and functions of the organization.
• A curious, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE or similar are a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
