About the job Commercial Strategy Specialist / Executive, Assortment

What Youll Do:
- Live with customer, market and competition insights; follow economic conditions, e-commerce dynamics, and consumer trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to assess assortment maturity and assortment gaps such as brand gap, variety gap, size gap
- Collaborate with category teams to define initiatives to close assortment gaps and improve customer satisfaction.
- Track overall and category based market share on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze competitor and own campaigns to interpret market share loss/gain.
- Work with commercial growth and category management teams to
- Continuously track market trends to identify hype products and demand-driving products, and proactively bring them into the portfolio to stay ahead of demand.
- Keep the product range up-to-date and aligned with Getirs commercial strategy. Build location- and service-based strategies to maintain an efficient and customer-focused assortment.
- Work closely with the Category team for strategy execution and promotion planning, and the Commercial Strategy team for pricing optimization.
- Evaluate overall product performance based on customer preferences and financial indicators, and tailor the assortment across stores to meet local needs.
- Suggest product delistings based on performance analysis and collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure stock efficiency.
- Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to improve commercial systems and support data-driven decision-making.
What We are Looking for:
- Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred) in engineering or business disciplines, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience for specialist and minimum 4 years of experiences for executive in a strategic planning and commercial strategy .
- Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
- Multi-tasking.
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking.
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel), Tableau/PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
- Proactive and initiative taker.
- Hunger to learn and relearn.
