Product Manager

As a Product Manager you define the product strategy and roadmap to deliver and enhance operational process related improvements in Getir. You will collaborate with Engineering to produce requirements that evolve products of stock domain's feature set, execute key projects to increase efficiency on warehouse operations, and ensure quality deliverables on-time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define product vision & roadmap based on OKRs and drive the delivery of this roadmap together with tech and design teams.

• Be an expert at prioritization to help balance your roadmap with tech foundational efforts and business impact features.

• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities.

• Transform business requirements to product backlog items and plan sprints across technical teams with clarity.

• Partner with technical teams by bringing clear requirements to engineers and data scientists to ensure successful delivery.

• Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements, managing complex system landscapes with a deep understanding of system dependencies and data flow.

• Own the design and integration process, specifically focusing on product areas involving API design, third-party integrations, and backend workflows.

• Run qualitative or quantitative research and analyze relevant data to define a problem when the problem is not clear.

• Analyze and understand customer behavior through data, shaping opinions and defining next steps based on measurable results.

• Create clear and functional mock-ups, communicate with stakeholders, and provide strategic briefs on expected benefits before the development process starts.

• Communicate efficiently both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual project members, displaying grace under pressure.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, supply chain, and other technical teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

• At least 4 years of previous working experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.

• Proactive, creative and troubleshooting character with strong analytical, verbal, communication and presentation skills is preferred.

• Knowledge about development life cycle, design, Agile framework, Scrum approach

• Strong customer-centric communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a proactive and analytical mindset.

• Experience in consumer-focused e-commerce or supply chain applications is a plus.

• Fluency in English is a must.
