What you'll do?

  • Be a member of Getir Commercial Category Management Team, working with talented colleagues and great partners (suppliers).
  • Find and onboard consumers favorite products to Getir's product assortment and manage category range strategy.
  • Report, analyze and deliver key KPIs such as demand, volume, penetration and basket contribution (you'll hear these words A LOT).
  • Manage complex quantitative and statistical analyses, combine data with strong commercial judgment and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Own customer acquisition and retention KPIs for your category; steer decisions impacting these metrics through partner activities and product improvements in close collaboration with the Product team.
  • Prepare and execute category business plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Create strong and fruitful partnerships with brands, helping them reach customers in innovative ways while reshaping the future of retail at Getir.
  • Drive data-driven growth by managing key category levers such as penetration, frequency, basket size and profitability.
  • Build strong bridges between Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless category execution.
  • Own and optimize retail marketing performance for your category by closely tracking online metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, campaign uplift, basket impact and ROI, and translating insights into commercial actions.
  • Lead a category team with a hands-on mindset, setting clear priorities, coaching team members and driving strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and further develop win-win relationships with supplier partners through commercial and marketing support activities.


What you'll bring?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in e-commerce trading within retail or FMCG.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term, value-creating partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of retail marketing dynamics and digital performance metrics.
  • Customer-first mindset, always thinking about customer needs—even the ones they haven't realized yet.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • High curiosity, willingness to learn and relearn, and a passion for working in a startup culture where work is challenging—but also fun.
