What You'll Be Doing?

• Recognize and seize growth opportunities in business and our customer base
• Find and define growth corridors and opportunities on customer growth, frequency, order growth, revenue growth and efficiency
• Get ready to create monthly and yearly business strategy plan with an excellent analytical perspective
• Working with P&L and seek opportunities to improve GetirFoods profitability
• Know your customer and define the best strategy for customer journey
• Optimize campaigns and marketing channels to improve customer retention, app traffic, conversion rates, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value
• Closely keep track of competition & always keep an eye on our daily growth strategies
• Manage campaigns while thinking about better campaigns
• Work hands-on with analytics & data to understand customer behavior, discover opportunities and major challenges
• Work closely with GetirFoods Data, Marketing and Digital teams and create two-ways communication among teams
• Take growth-related projects from infancy to adulthood
• Disregard the existence of the box when finding solutions
• Use conventional and (more) unconventional means for growth

What You'll Bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience for specialist; preferably in growth, management consultancy, strategic planning or brand management.
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in an imperfect dynamic startup environment
• A personality that rejects and questions established practices
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Critical thinker with an Analyze first, act second mindset
• Understanding of growth hacking
• A can-do, will-do attitude
• Results-driven and delivery-focused approach
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
