We are looking for a Training Manager who will take full ownership of our training strategy and lead the development of our franchise, field, and warehouse teams within our fast-growing operational structure.
This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, standardization across the field, and continuous performance improvement.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Develop and manage the annual training strategy and training calendar for franchise, field, and warehouse teams
- Design and deliver training programs covering operational processes, system usage, and company standards
- Build and implement structured onboarding programs for new franchise and field teams
- Conduct training needs analyses and develop performance-driven development programs
- Create and maintain training materials including presentations, documentation, videos, e-learning modules, and guides
- Plan and deliver update sessions regarding process changes and new implementations
- Coordinate training delivery, monitor participation and completion rates
- Establish evaluation and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness
- Define training KPIs, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Standardize and scale training processes to support company growth
- Adapt supplier-provided training content to company standards and operational needs
- Manage relationships with external training providers when needed
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, HR, Commercial, and Technology teams
What You'll Bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in training design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience in field operations, franchise management, retail, or logistics is a plus
- Valid drivers license and willingness to conduct warehouse visits as required
- Strong background in training needs analysis and performance measurement
- Excellent content development and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
