What’s the purpose of the role?

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, working closely with the agency's team to bring brands' stories to life through creator partnerships. The role focuses on handling influencer outreach and communication, tracking deliverables and timelines, organizing content submissions, measuring campaign performance (KPIs), and keeping the administrative side of campaigns running smoothly.

What will I be doing?

  • Campaign Coordination: support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, influencer communication, deliverable management, and timeline tracking.
  • Content Management: organize, track, and manage influencer content submissions, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines and deliverables.
  • Reporting & Analytics: assist in tracking campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions) and compiling performance data into actionable reports.
  • Relationship Management: maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with influencers to foster authentic, long-term partnerships.
  • Administrative Support: help with contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks to keep campaign workflows running smoothly.

  • Maintained influencer relationships through clear and professional communication.

What experience do I need to succeed?

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience working on influencer marketing campaigns — agency or in-house,
  • Experience managing influencer communication and campaign coordination end-to-end.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a solid understanding of what works across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Comfort working with performance data and translating it into clear, readable reports.
  • Experience handling administrative tasks such as contracts and invoicing in a campaign context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and social media tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Later, or similar.
  • Previous experience at a creative or influencer marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and creator culture.
