We're hiring a Strategic Ad Buyer (Paid Media)
We're looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who knows how to scale brands profitably across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns
- Build and execute structured creative testing frameworks
- Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) and drive insights
- Collaborate closely with creative and account teams
- Turn data into clear, actionable strategies for clients
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred)
- Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets
- Strong expertise in Meta & TikTok
- Deep understanding of DTC performance and scaling strategies
- Proactive communicator with a test-and-learn mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer teams, or attribution tools
- Background in CPG, retail, or lifecycle marketing
Success = profitable scaling, strong creative-performance alignment, and fast execution.
