    We're hiring a Strategic Ad Buyer (Paid Media)
    We're looking for a data-driven, strategic thinker who knows how to scale brands profitably across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
    What you'll do:

    • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns
    • Build and execute structured creative testing frameworks
    • Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.) and drive insights
    • Collaborate closely with creative and account teams
    • Turn data into clear, actionable strategies for clients

    What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency preferred)
    • Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets
    • Strong expertise in Meta & TikTok
    • Deep understanding of DTC performance and scaling strategies
    • Proactive communicator with a test-and-learn mindset

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with TikTok Shop, influencer teams, or attribution tools
    • Background in CPG, retail, or lifecycle marketing

    Success = profitable scaling, strong creative-performance alignment, and fast execution.
