Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Administrator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across Shopify, Klaviyo, and ClickUp.

This role is focused on implementation, accuracy, and follow-through — not strategy or planning. You will work from clearly defined tasks and instructions to ensure campaigns, updates, and promotions are executed correctly and on time.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured work, clear expectations, and completing tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Promotion Execution
• Implement marketing campaigns in Shopify and Klaviyo based on provided instructions
• Set up discounts, promotions, product updates, and campaign assets
• Ensure all campaign elements are accurately configured before launch
• Quality Assurance (QA) & Validation

• Review all work before completion to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Validate links, discount codes, product details, and campaign functionality

• Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

• Task Execution & Workflow Management
• Complete assigned tasks within ClickUp
• Follow defined processes and workflows without skipping steps
• Maintain clear and organized task updates and statuses
• Issue Identification & Communication

• Flag blockers, missing information, or inconsistencies early
• Ask for clarification when instructions are unclear
• Communicate task completion or issues clearly and concisely

What This Role Does NOT Include

• Owning marketing strategy or campaign planning
• Making prioritization decisions across projects
• Leading client communication or meetings
• Creating content, design, or creative direction
• Interpreting vague requests or defining scope independently

• Experience with Shopify and/or Klaviyo preferred
