We're looking for a CGI & Social Video Designer who can create scroll-stopping, motion-first content built for social.

This role blends CGI, motion design, and social-first video editing to produce culturally relevant content that feels native to TikTok and Instagram — but elevated.

You won't just be building renders — you'll be bringing them to life through pacing, editing, and storytelling. From surreal CGI moments to lo-fi creator content, your work should feel dynamic, fast, and impossible to ignore.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-impact CGI visuals and motion-driven scenes for social-first campaigns
  • Create surreal, oversized, hyper-real product moments
  • Edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, paid ads) using a mix of CGI, lo-fi, and premium footage
  • Transform both lo-fi creator content and premium video assets into social-native edits (cutdowns, pacing, hooks, etc.)
  • Add text overlays, pop-ups, motion graphics, sound effects, and visual hooks to improve engagement and retention
  • Build motion-first assets optimized for scroll behavior, hooks, and loopability
  • Translate brand briefs into high-performing, social-native video concepts
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, and paid media teams
  • Rapidly prototype concepts for pitches and campaign development
  • Optimize content for platform performance (hook, pacing, CTA, retention curves)
  • Push aesthetic boundaries while maintaining brand polish

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8+ years in CGI, motion design, or video editing (social-first preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showing both CGI work AND short-form social video editing
  • Proven experience editing lo-fi creator content and premium footage into high-performing social cuts
  • Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels editing language (hooks, captions, pacing, trends, sound design)
  • Fluency in tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal, Houdini, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools)
  • Strong understanding of performance creative and paid media needs
  • Experience integrating AI workflows into your creative process
  • Strong sense of lighting, texture, composition, and motion timing
  • Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or CPG is a plus
  • Comfortable working both independently and within fast-moving teams
