Whats the purpose of the role?
The Tactical Marketing Coordinator role is designed to support the marketing team by executing paid and affiliate campaign setups, conducting creator outreach, pulling performance reports, and maintaining operational workflows. This position ensures flawless execution of tactical tasks, enabling strategists and managers to focus on high-level priorities. The role requires a highly organized, process-driven individual who thrives in a remote environment and has the potential to grow into a strategic Affiliate Program Manager role, taking on responsibilities for program strategy, partner recruitment, and relationship management.
What will I be doing?
- Executing Google and Meta campaign setups from Build Spec sheets, ensuring accurate audience targeting, UTM tagging, pixel checks, budget pacing, and naming conventions.
- Configuring new affiliates in the network: uploading creatives, setting commission tiers, verifying link health, and troubleshooting basic tracking or payment issues.
- Conducting cold creator outreach under Social Manager guidance, qualifying initial leads, and passing vetted contacts to the team.
- Performing spot-checks on social copy, hashtags, and link accuracy before scheduling posts.
- Pulling and distributing weekly performance data across paid, affiliate, and social channels, highlighting key metrics, anomalies, or quick wins for strategists.
- Adhering to processes and checklists for builds, affiliate workflows, and outreach, while maintaining shared trackers and dashboards for team visibility.
- Developing foundational skills in data analysis, relationship management, and strategic thinking.
What are my deliverables?
- Accurately executed Google and Meta campaigns with proper targeting, tagging, and budget pacing.
- Fully configured and functional affiliate setups with verified links and creatives.
- Vetted creator leads passed to the Social Manager for further engagement.

What experience do I need to succeed?
- Proven experience executing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, including audience targeting, UTM tagging, and pixel setup.
- Familiarity with affiliate network tools, including creative uploads, commission tier setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience conducting creator or partner outreach and qualifying leads.
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate platforms) to pull and summarize performance data.
- Understanding of process-driven workflows and maintaining shared trackers or dashboards.
- Exposure to or interest in strategic affiliate management tasks, such as defining commission structures or negotiating partner contracts.
- Experience working independently in a remote environment with strong time management.
