About the Role
We're seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution for a client—managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional teams to deliver on-brief, on-time, and within scope. You'll act as the operational lead and primary point of contact, ensuring seamless production from planning through final delivery.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project management for Dermstore's monthly content program, overseeing planning through final delivery
Manage a high-volume production slate of up to 22 videos per month, including employee, product, and expert-led content
Develop and maintain detailed timelines, trackers, and production calendars to keep all deliverables on schedule
Build, update, and manage tasks and deadlines in Monday.com on a daily basis
Track scope closely, monitoring deliverables to ensure the team stays within contracted hours and flags overages or risks proactively
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing communication, expectations, and approvals
Lead weekly client status calls and internal team syncs, providing clear updates, priorities, and next steps
Gather, consolidate, and communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring revisions are completed accurately and on time
Draft and/or brief scripts and creative outlines in collaboration with the client
Coordinate with the NYC-based creator to plan and schedule in-person shoots, including logistics, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare detailed run-of-show documents and shoot briefs to ensure smooth, efficient production days
Ensure creators follow brand guidelines, shot lists, checklists, and best practices before, during, and after shoots
Partner closely with editors to manage post-production timelines, asset delivery, and revision rounds
Collaborate with graphic designers on product-focused and stop-motion style videos, ensuring creative aligns with brand and campaign goals
Manage asset organization and delivery across teams to ensure all footage, graphics, and final files are properly tracked and accessible
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing challenges, escalating and problem-solving before deadlines are impacted
Balance multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality, accuracy, and speed
Ensure all content moves efficiently through briefing, scripting, production, editing, review, and approvals
Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and trackers to improve efficiency
Communicate priorities and/or changes clearly to internal team, keeping the team aligned at all times
Act as the operational lead for the account, owning timelines, deliverables, and overall execution success
Drive accountability across internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Support reporting on deliverables, performance, and scope utilization to inform planning and optimization
Deliverables
- Employee Generated Content: Up to 10 videos/month (including briefs, scripts, filming coordination, and revisions)
- Product & Motion Graphics: Up to 4 videos/month
- Expert-Led Content: Up to 8 videos/month
- Total: Up to 22 videos per month
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience within agency, social media, and content production
- Proven experience managing a multi-workstream content program with strict timelines and deliverables
- Strong understanding of short-form video production and platform best practices, particularly TikTok and social-first content
- Demonstrated success owning projects end-to-end, from planning and briefing through delivery and approvals
- Experience building and maintaining timelines, trackers, and workflows using tools such as Monday.com (or similar PM platforms)
- Ability to track scope, deliverables, revisions, and hours to ensure projects stay on brief and within budget
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable leading client calls, managing feedback, and aligning cross-functional teams
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including clients, creators, editors, and graphic designers
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively flag risks, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving forward
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities in a fully remote environment
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build trust across internal and external teams
- Familiarity with beauty—skincare, haircare, or cosmetics brands and content is strongly preferred
