What’s the purpose of the role?
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day social media execution across multiple brand accounts, overseeing designers and content creators to produce high-performing, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. This is a creative and strategic role where storytelling, visual judgment, and cross-team collaboration are everything — the ideal candidate knows how to translate brand direction into compelling social experiences that both look great and drive results.

- High-quality, on-brand social assets ready for posting across Instagram and TikTok.
- Engaging, performance-driven captions written for every piece of content.
- Community management handled consistently across all accounts.
- Regular performance reports with KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Client approvals managed smoothly with clear, professional communication.
- A well-organized content workflow with designers and creators running efficiently.
- Ongoing implementation of AI tools to streamline content production.
What experience do I need to succeed?
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for brands — agency or in-house
- Proven experience building and managing content calendars across Instagram and TikTok
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Working knowledge of lo-fi video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot
- Experience managing or directing designers and content creators
- Comfort being client-facing — handling approvals, feedback, and day-to-day communication professionally
- A strong eye for aesthetics and the ability to assess whether content looks and feels right for a brand
- Excellent written communication skills — you write captions that actually perform
- Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency background is a big plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Notion AI
- Background in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting strategy reviews or building performance presentations

- Tech fluency: work comfortable with Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT, and social scheduling tools.
- Proactivity: bring ideas to the table before anyone asks.
