Roles & Responsibilities
Must have experience in Exchange Online and SharePoint Online and Teams.
Providing Microsoft 0365 support to business customers of a large global software house.
Experienced in Microsoft Process.
Willing to work in night shifts .
Must have a laptop with windows 10 and fast internet connection with minimum 30 Mbps.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
