Education
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 46 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or document control functions within engineering, oil & gas, offshore fabrication, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience managing supplier document submissions, tracking overdue items, and analyzing vendor compliance and approval workflows.
- Familiarity with procurement cycles, supplier engagement protocols, and cross-functional coordination with project, engineering, and QA/QC teams.

Skill / Attributes / Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and visualize procurement documentation KPIs
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on open items and outstanding deliverables
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Hands-on experience using document control or procurement platforms (e.g., EDMS, SharePoint, or ERP systems)
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with a proactive and structured work approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal coordination and vendor follow-up
- Capable of working under pressure, managing competing deadlines, and escalating critical issues when needed
- Knowledge of vendor documentation compliance and procurement approval flows is preferred
Responsibilities and Other Skills
- Act as the focal point for tracking, updating, and managing supplier documentation submissions throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly update a VD overall status or tracking tool to reflect real-time status of all documents submitted by suppliers.
- Ensure alignment with the Document List (DL) and project-specific procurement documentation deliverables.
- Follow up systematically with suppliers for overdue or pending documentation and escalate persistent delays through formal channels.
- Analyze supplier performance data such as submission timeliness, approval/rejection rates, and compliance with document quality standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Document Control, QA/QC, and Package Engineers to monitor the progress of technical reviews and owner approvals.
- Prepare weekly reports showing documentation status, trends of approval rate, and actionable insights for management.
- Identify and highlight recurring documentation issues, delays, or compliance gaps to inform vendor development initiatives and corrective actions.
