A high-quality, well-run practice in West London is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take clinical ownership, shape standards, and genuinely influence how the practice operates day to day.

The Role

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Weekend rota: 1 in 6
• Lead clinical decision-making and uphold best practice standards
• Support, mentor, and develop the wider veterinary team
• Balance leadership responsibilities with a strong clinical caseload
• Play a key role in the continued growth and direction of the practice
