Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
Working pattern: 4 days per week
Weekends: 1 in 4

The Role
As Head Veterinary Nurse, you'll set the tone for the nursing team — clinically, professionally, and culturally. You'll still be hands-on where it matters, but with the authority to organise rotas, develop people, and raise standards across the practice.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants their experience to genuinely count.
Key Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursing team

Overseeing clinical standards, workflows, and patient care

Managing nurse rotas and supporting fair workload distribution

Supporting vets with theatre, inpatient care, and consults

Driving training, development, and best practice
