Location: West Sussex
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only
OOH / Bank Holidays: None. Ever.
The Role
You'll be joining a friendly, well-organised small animal practice delivering high-quality, first-opinion care. The caseload is varied and manageable, the team is genuinely supportive, and the focus is on doing good medicine — not racing the clock.
This role is ideal for a vet who wants clinical satisfaction without constant compromise.
Your Day-to-Day

Consulting and performing routine surgery to a high standard

Managing medical cases with confidence and care

Working closely with experienced RVNs and support staff

Building long-term relationships with loyal clients

Upholding excellent clinical and professional standards

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

Small animal experience (or the confidence to grow into it)
