The Role

You'll be working in a friendly, first-opinion practice where trust, autonomy, and common sense are the norm. This is a role for a vet who's comfortable making decisions, enjoys managing their own day, and wants flexibility without sacrificing clinical standards.

You wont be micromanaged. You will be supported.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality small animal consultations and routine surgery

• Confidently managing cases, including periods of sole charge

• Building strong, long-term client relationships

• Working collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team

• Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards

What Were Looking For

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon

• Comfortable with some sole charge work

• Calm, capable, and clinically confident

• A team player who values flexibility and balance
