About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care to animals and a strong leadership presence to guide and mentor a skilled team of veterinary professionals. Location: Doncaster

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £80,000 DOE*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the veterinary team and oversee the clinical operations of the practice.
  • Provide high-quality care for a wide variety of animals.
  • Perform complex surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior veterinary staff.
  • Ensure the practice adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with clients to provide compassionate care and advice.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through leadership and strategic planning.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A registered veterinary surgeon with a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage and inspire the veterinary team.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a veterinary surgeon.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • A desire to contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice.
