We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Veterinary Nurse Team Leader on behalf of a well-established veterinary practice in Leicestershire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure smooth practice workflow.
  • Perform and support clinical nursing duties, including Schedule 3 procedures, with full training and encouragement provided.
  • Foster a positive working culture and promote professional development within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the veterinary surgeons and practice management to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.

About You:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered) with proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care and supporting your team’s development.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a desire to continuously improve processes and patient outcomes.
