About the Role:

Opportunity for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive and supportive practice in Lewisham, Greater London. This exciting full-time opportunity offers the chance to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact in providing exceptional veterinary care. You will have the opportunity to mentor a passionate team, oversee clinical operations, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Full-time Position (40 hours per week)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice.
  • Provide high-quality clinical care, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries.
  • Mentor and support junior veterinary staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the practice adheres to all veterinary standards and compliance regulations.
  • Participate in clinical decision-making, offering expert guidance to colleagues.
  • Drive clinical and operational excellence within the practice.
