GLG Vets is excited to partner with a leading veterinary practice in Leicester to find a talented Registered Veterinary Nurse Team Leader to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced RVN looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,669 - £31,589 per annum

The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated nurses.
  • Deliver outstanding patient care and client service.
  • Collaborate with veterinary surgeons and other team members to maintain high clinical standards.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the nursing team.
  • Support and encourage the team to engage in professional development and perform Schedule 3 procedures with training provided.
