Role Overview:
As a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional veterinary care, supporting the veterinary team, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Location: West London

Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per year

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary nurses and support staff.
  • Provide high-quality care to animals in line with practice protocols.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, anaesthesia, and consultations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Support and mentor junior staff, helping to develop their clinical skills.
  • Ensure the practice is compliant with all relevant legislation and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
  • Help to deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS membership.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, with some leadership experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for delivering high standards of patient care and service.
