📍 Location: West London

⏳ Schedule: 4 days a week + 1 in 3 weekends

💷 Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Your Role:

• 🔹 Oversee the day-to-day clinical team operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
• 🔹 Support and mentor the growing nurse and VCA team, helping them develop their skills
• 🔹 Assist with clinical work where needed, leading by example
• 🔹 Use managerial skills to optimise workflow and ensure smooth practice operations
