Veterinary Surgeon

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing the highest standard of veterinary care to pets and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of veterinary professionals, working in a well-equipped and modern practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for a wide range of animals.
• Perform routine and emergency surgeries, consultations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure high standards of care and treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Offer support and guidance to clients regarding pet care, treatment plans, and health.
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in continuous professional development and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

Working Hours:

• Full-time hours: 9am 6pm, 4 days a week with one day off.
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 9am 12pm.
• Part-time hours are also considered and can be discussed based on availability.

Requirements:

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with MRCVS registration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
