Registered Veterinary Nurse

The Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in providing excellent care and support to both the animals and clients. The role is full-time, covering 40 hours per week over four days, and involves participating in 1:6 weekend shifts. You will work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £32,000 per year

Contract Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1:6 weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in consultations, surgeries, and procedures.
• Provide excellent animal care and client support.
• Carry out diagnostic tests, administer medications, and monitor patient recovery.
• Ensure the practice is fully stocked and equipment is well-maintained.
• Support the training and development of student nurses and other staff.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary nurse.
