We are working with a well-established veterinary practice in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to find a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their fantastic team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with a close-knit team who are committed to delivering high-quality care to their patients.

The Practice:

You'll be working alongside a team of 4 ½ vets, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 3 VCAs, 2 Receptionists, and a Practice Manager. The practice offers a modern, fully equipped facility and provides a wide range of veterinary services, from routine check-ups to more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and nursing support to the veterinary team
  • Assist with surgeries and procedures, including anesthesia monitoring
  • Perform consultations and client education
  • Administer treatments, medications, and vaccines
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Support the practice with administrative tasks as needed
  • Work alongside a dedicated and supportive team to ensure the best possible care for all patients

  • Attractive Salary: From £28,000 (dependant on experience/full-time equivalent)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with RCVS membership
  • Passionate about animal care and client service
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
