Location: West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Per Year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of patients.
  • Oversee and support clinical decision-making within the team.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the practice operates to high clinical and ethical standards.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging professional development for all team members.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the RCVS.
  • Previous experience in a senior veterinary role is desirable, including experience leading or managing teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for high standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
