About the Role:

GLG Vets is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Customer Experience Manager to lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators at a leading veterinary practice in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will be the driving force in creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for both customers and their pets.

Location: Rotherham

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,000 pro-rata DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Customer Experience Coordinators to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure clients feel valued and cared for.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any escalated customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth operations at the front desk, managing appointment bookings and patient records.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both clients and the veterinary team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally, you will have previous management experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve high standards of service.
  • A compassionate and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for working in a veterinary environment.
