GLG Vets is working with a well-established and friendly veterinary practice in Devon that is seeking an experienced Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their dedicated team. Salary: Competitive, circa £30,000 DOE

About the Role

As a Senior RVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring junior team members, and assisting with clinical procedures. You will work alongside a close-knit team, consisting of one full-time RVN, two Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs), and one Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA). The practice prides itself on fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture, ensuring both staff and patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high standards of nursing care to patients
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, including SVNs and VCAs
• Assisting with surgical and medical procedures
• Engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service and patient advice
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with vets and support staff

Requirements

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification and RCVS registration
