Role Overview
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pets while leading a dedicated team of veterinary professionals. You will be part of a supportive and friendly environment, where clinical excellence is the top priority.

Up to £65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
  • Provide excellent clinical care to a variety of animals, including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
  • Ensure the efficient running of the practice, including managing workflows and supporting junior staff
  • Promote a positive, supportive working environment for all team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering advice and updates on animal health
  • Stay up to date with current veterinary practices and support continuous learning

About You:

  • A qualified and experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing a team and providing mentorship
  • An interest in further developing clinical skills and specializations

Package & Benefits:
