Location: Kent

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

GLG Vets is excited to partner with a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic in Kent, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll spearhead a committed team within a cutting-edge clinic, fostering a culture of excellence in animal care.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered)
• Have experience leading a veterinary team and managing clinical workflows
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Be passionate about driving clinical excellence and supporting ongoing professional development
