Salary: Up to £80,000 (commensurate with experience and hours)
Working pattern: Full-time = 4 days per week

The Role

You'll be joining a well-organised first-opinion practice with a loyal client base and a manageable caseload. The focus here is on delivering excellent clinical care without running yourself into the ground.

This is a role for a vet who wants high standards, autonomy, and genuine work–life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

• First-opinion consultations and routine surgery

• Managing medical cases with confidence and care

• Working collaboratively with experienced RVNs and support staff

• Building strong client relationships

• Maintaining excellent clinical and professional standards
