Location: West Sussex
Hours: Permanent, full-time — 40 hours per week
Weekends: 1 in 6 full weekends
The Role
You'll be a central part of the clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care across consultations, theatre, and inpatient support. This is a practice that uses RVNs properly — autonomy, responsibility, and trust are part of the deal.
You'll work alongside experienced vets and nurses in a calm, well-run environment where standards matter and people look out for each other.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional nursing care to patients

Supporting consultations, procedures, and theatre work

Monitoring anaesthesia and post-operative recovery

Assisting with diagnostics and clinical workflows
