Full Stack Engineer

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves building scalable backend services in Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks. Candidates should have 3–5 years of backend experience, strong Python & Spring expertise, Databricks knowledge, and exposure to AI tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
– Architect & Develop: Build scalable backend services using Python; support
  Java 17+ & Spring Boot migration.
– Data Integration: Design & maintain pipelines with Databricks.
– Security First: Implement OAuth2, OIDC for secure
   authentication/authorization.
– AI Tooling: Create backend frameworks enabling Agentic AI tools & APIs.
– Data Persistence: Optimize DB schemas with Python; understand Spring
   Data JPA/Hibernate flows.
– Hybrid Engineering: Convert legacy Java code into Python.

Required Skills:
– 3–5 years backend development experience.
– Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks).
– Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge.
– Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading,
  JVM tuning).
– Hands-on Databricks experience.
– Exposure to AI frameworks & guardrails.
– CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
– Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
