Solution Architect – GenAI / LLM / MaaS

About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using large language models (LLMs) and cloud infrastructure.

You will work closely with customers and sales teams to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and help drive successful adoption from POC to production.

What You'll Do

• Design AI Solutions
  • Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, and cloud services
  • Select models, design workflows, and define system architecture
• Support AI Sales Engagements
  • Partner with BD teams to engage customers in both technical and business discussions
  • Drive deals forward with strong technical positioning
• Build Demos & Prototypes
  • Rapidly develop POCs and demos using tools like LangChain, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Showcase real-world use cases to accelerate adoption
• Customer Engagement
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and design solutions
  • Guide customers from early exploration to production deployment
• Collaborate Internally
  • Work with product teams to improve AI offerings based on customer feedback
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization for key accounts

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in:
  • Solution Architecture / Pre-Sales / AI Engineering / Cloud Engineering
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • AI agents / workflows
  • API integration & cloud architecture
• Experience with:
  • AWS / GCP / Azure (Alibaba Cloud is a plus)
  • Building demos / POCs / prototypes
• Programming skills (Python preferred)
• Ability to:
  • Communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
