HR Intern [Mandarin Preferred]

Position: HR Intern

Contract Details:

This is a 3-month internship position with Glint Tech Solutions LLC. The internship will provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the HR team in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and completing new hire paperwork

- Participate in employee relations activities, such as conducting exit interviews and addressing employee concerns

- Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases

- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, providing support and contributing ideas

- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement of HR processes and policies

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
