Java Developer

Overview client Institutional Lending Tech team needs an experienced full stack developer (actually Server Side Java with UI ) to help build leading-edge and scalable systems to support multiple business verticals supporting origination, underwriting, asset management, business operations, market insights, loan pricing, and risk calculations.

What You'll Do in the Role
Design and develop a high-performance, scalable platform to support multiple Lending business lines.

Develop and maintain reusable and testable backend and frontend components .

Actively contribute to agile squad ceremonies and practices .

Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration . <----CICD

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all development activities

7+ years of a proven development experience in Java, Spring, restful micro-services <---- Server side Java

5+ years of a proven web-applications development experience in Angular, JS or TS, CSS and HTML <-- With UI
Experience in OOP concepts and design patterns <--- SERVER SIDE JAVA

Experience in working with modern code IDEs such as IntelliJ or VS Code

Hands-on experience with AI developer productivity tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amp, or similar)

Understanding in relational or document databases (SQL, MongoDB or similar)
Strong expertise in relational or document databases (Sybase, MongoDB, or similar)


Fluent in English with Excellent communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies SDLC and Agile
