Compensation Range: BRL 300,000 420,000 annually

A fast-growing global AI solutions provider is seeking a Pre-sales Solutions Specialist to support business development initiatives across Brazil. The company specializes in cutting-edge AI-powered tools, including conversational intelligence, smart sales assistants, and automated quality monitoring systems, serving key industries such as finance, automotive, real estate, and retail.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, customer-facing professional who understands local market dynamics and can bridge the gap between technical product teams and business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Client Analysis

  • Conduct local market research to identify customer pain points and competitive landscapes.
  • Work with sales and product teams to support localization strategies and go-to-market planning.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product team.

Solution Design & Customization

  • Design and tailor pre-sales solution proposals based on client requirements using the companys AI platforms.
  • Create product demos, solution architectures, and technical documentation to showcase value propositions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution feasibility.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Act as a technical liaison during pre-sales meetings and workshops.
  • Answer technical questions, handle objections, and support pilot projects and product trials.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales implementation teams.

Collaboration & Internal Enablement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, operations) to ensure aligned client solutions.
  • Educate and support internal stakeholders with market trends, client insights, and technical enablement materials.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer success in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of AI applications such as NLP, speech recognition, or predictive analytics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with Brazilian enterprise clients preferred

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of local regulations or industry standards in finance, retail, or telecom
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Previous experience working in or with AI/ML startups
